material consignment distribution in the affected villages of Busagaipalem,
Chandrasekarapuram, Ramatheertham Arundatiyawada and Kancharapalem
Arundatiyawada villages of Vidavaluru Mandal of Nellore district through the
NGOs in operation there, namely DUTIES. |

Trust HELP uses a simple system of ensuring that
the appropriate relief articles reach the appropriate people. It circulates
to NGOs and other relief organisations a simple questionnaire that can help them
to respond stating the exact type of relief articles required and the quantities
required. This form also provides space for an assessment of the rehabilitation
efforts required in the affected places.
